Integration of a national call center's voice and data applications into the cloud at BBH Solutions' Network Operations Center (NOC).

A national call center needed to locate its technology infrastructure in a secure data center to provide voice and data applications as a cloud-based service to several hundred call agents across the United States.

Client's Challenge:

The client needed their systems to reside in a data center that met their requirements for multi-carrier redundancy, significant bandwidth, backup power, and proper cooling.  They also needed to work with an integration partner that had expertise in all of the technologies involved in their solution. 

BBH's Solution:

BBH Solutions re-engineered the client's existing solution to take advantage of enhanced carrier plans with more attractive billing rates. BBH provided relocation project management services for the de-installation and re-installation of servers, dialers, and network equipment, as well as coordination of multi-vendor carrier services. While the project planning and design phases took place over several months, a significant portion of the work was performed after hours to limit business interruptions. All systems were back online for the next day's start of business.

The client could count on BBH Solutions as a single source provider for the relocation and  integration portions of the project as well as the ongoing support and cloud computing services.  They were able to reduce their physical IT footrprint  due to the advanced power and cooling capabilities at BBH Solutions' NOC. Their new BBHWorks plan for cloud hosting and support, and their new carrier plans give them a lower fixed monthly payment for better services.
